Conference Code of Conduct

You are here: Home / Conference Code of Conduct

The National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC) encourages our members and supporters to achieve their full potential. This includes at the annual conference where we seek to create a respectful, friendly, and inclusive experience for all participants.

As such, we do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behavior, messages, images, or interactions by any event participant, in any form, at any aspect of the program including conference and social activities regardless of location. We ask everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment.

We do not tolerate any behavior that is degrading to any gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, or any behavior that would violate NEUAC’s expectations of respect and harmony for our attendees.

We encourage everyone to assist in creating a safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to Katrina Metzler, Executive Director for NEUAC, at info@neuac.org.

NEUAC reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove any person from conference at any time at its sole discretion.

We make this policy visible, so all attendees are aware of our expectations for acceptable conduct at the 2022 Annual Conference and what steps attendees should take if they see or experience behavior not consistent with this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
