Operation Fuel of Connecticut is seeking a Director of Marketing & Development. This important position provides leadership, direction and oversight for the organization’s development and marketing functions. In collaboration with the Executive Director, this position develops and implements a strategic marketing and development plan to support organizational strategies to achieve Operation Fuel’s goals.

Operation Fuel partners with local government and community-based organizations at more than 100 sites throughout Connecticut to ensure that families and individuals in need have access to year-round energy assistance. In addition to helping you apply for energy assistance programs, our partner agencies may be able to connect you with programs that provide assistance for food, clothing, health services, childcare, and more.
