Appropriations Letter in Support of LIHEAP
On July 13, fifteen national organizations including the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition called on Congress to protect LIHEAP funds for energy assistance. Serious cuts jeopardize the health and safety of households struggling with energy insecurity, especially in light of the extreme weather affecting much of the country.
