Utilizing Community Solar for LIHEAP Income-Qualified Households Webinar

Register Join the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for an October Energy Efficiency Month panel event, "Utilizing Community Solar for LIHEAP Income-Qualified Households." The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Energy Assistance has announced this special training opportunity in connection with Energy Efficiency Month in October. The webinar will feature community solar efforts from Illinois, the District of Columbia, and Minnesota and hear from national partners at the National Energy Assistance Directors Association (NEADA), National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), and the Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technology Office (SETO). Grant recipients will discuss community solar structure and national partners will describe ongoing efforts to encourage collaboration across different programs with LIHEAP administrators on income-eligible community solar. Audience members will be encouraged to submit questions for a live Q&A.
